I'm Sabrina Centauro, a senior operations leader from the UK and based in Barcelona, Spain.

I come from a customer experience (CX), workforce management (WFM) and service delivery background, which has taken me across a variety of industries and environments. I have owned multi-market client portfolios, delivered customer experience programmes, designed operating models, implemented support functions from scratch, led transformation projects and managed central London fashion retail stores.

I believe in applying customer experience principles to operating environments, and vice versa. The key to a successful operation, no matter how big or small, is that it serves those that use it.

In recent years, I have explored a few of my own ventures and met with many business owners, and it became clear the difference it makes in getting the operational side right from day-one.

 

I love helping people, my friends and family consider me the go-to person if they need support in 'getting stuff done', and I often use my professional skills in a personal context.

This is how Fractional & Project Operations came to be. Because the term 'operations' shouldn't be limited to big companies, within a localised context. The operation should sit horizontally across every business, enabling long-term strategy and execution.'Operations' is everything, and everything has an operation. The difference is whether it's holding you back or launching you forward.

My approach is simple: I get into the detail quickly, identify what needs to be done, and move fast to make things happen.
